A CAREER WITH WINGS

Being a flight attendant is more than a career; it’s a lifestyle.

Endeavor flight attendants are champions of safety, are customer-focused, and enjoy a fast-paced “on the fly” work environment. As the face of Endeavor, our flight attendants exude integrity and excellence in service to ensure customer satisfaction and secure customer loyalty.

WHAT MAKES ENDEAVOR AIR FLIGHT ATTENDANTS SPECIAL?

● Each Endeavor flight attendant is given a SkyPro, a mobile device equipped with resources and tools that facilitate communication and set them up for success;

● Endeavor flight attendants enjoy an exclusive career pathway to Delta Air Lines through our Flight Attendant Pathway program;

● Through Endeavor’s Inspire Mentor Program, new hire flight attendants can find guidance, support, and encouragement as they navigate their new role;

● Our flight attendants are treated to an annual professional development summit — “The Experience” — to inspire and empower them to succeed.

DELTA PATHWAY FOR ENDEAVOR AIR FLIGHT ATTENDANTS

Endeavor Air is the only regional air carrier to offer a Flight Attendant Pathway to Delta Air Lines, one of the world’s leading airlines. At Endeavor, our flight attendants are experienced Delta brand ambassadors who deliver the service Delta customers have come to expect.

For those who aspire to be a Delta flight attendant, our pathway program will provide the best opportunity to showcase your skills and experience, and set you up for continued success as a professional flight attendant.

It takes a special type of person to be a flight attendant, and I believe Endeavor flight attendants are the best in the business.

We’re made up of natural leaders who have a keen eye for safety and a passion for making people feel welcome. If this sounds like you, I encourage you to join our team. Come fly with us!”

CREW BASES

Crew bases or domiciles, are awarded with contingent job offers. This is where a flight attendant begins each of their assigned trips.

● Endeavor’s crew bases are Atlanta (ATL), Cincinnati (CVG), Detroit (DTW), New York City (JFK & LGA), Minneapolis (MSP)

COMMUTING

We recognize that some flight attendants do not permanently reside near their assigned base location. Flight attendants are able to travel space-available — or standby — on Delta Air Lines to get to and from work. They may also travel space-available on other airlines at a lower priority.

All flight attendants must have the ability to report to work at their assigned base within 2 hours of being contacted (2.5 hours for JFK or LGA) for an assignment.

Flight attendants who choose to commute should be aware that having lower seniority can make commuting more difficult. Plus, they will incur the extra expense of overnight accommodations, transportation, and out-of-base parking.

TRAINING OVERVIEW

Endeavor flight attendants are trained through an Advanced Qualification Program (AQP), which consists of both in-person and virtual learning. The training footprint is intensive and requires independent study as well as the ability to demonstrate proficiency in core concepts through hands-on drills and competency exams.

Two weeks of training will take place at the Endeavor Learning Center in Minneapolis, MN, and two weeks will be completed virtually at home. Virtual learning is structured and will require trainees to have a quiet space to concentrate on learning and be fully engaged with the program.

WEEK 1: VIRTUAL LEARNING (Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm CST)

◦ Distance learning on company-provided iPad

◦ Topics include company information, fundamentals, aircraft familiarization, and safety equipment

WEEK 2: IN-PERSON LEARNING (Four days, 7am-4pm CST)

◦ Fly to Minneapolis the day before class begins

WEEK 3: VIRTUAL LEARNING (Four days, 7am-4pm CST)

◦ Distance learning on company-provided iPad

◦ Topics include irregular and emergency operations

◦ Combination of instructor-led learning, small groups, and individual study

WEEK 4: IN-PERSON LEARNING (Monday-Thursday, 7am-4pm CST)

◦ Fly to Minneapolis on Sunday

◦ Focus on equipment training and classroom instruction

◦ Graduation on Thursday

INITIAL OPERATING EXPERIENCE (IOE)

◦ Scheduled within 15 days of graduation

◦ Fly revenue flights with a Check Flight Attendant to solidify skills learned in training

Flight attendant trainees are required to complete all written exams with a minimum passing score of 80%. Further details concerning training standards are reviewed in detail during the first day of class.

Ground School is followed by the Initial Operating Experience (IOE). Each graduate will have two days off following graduation and should be prepared to start IOE on the third day. IOE typically lasts four days, after which new flight attendants will receive a build-up line from Crew Scheduling.

SCHEDULES

Reserve Line vs. Regular Line Schedule

All Endeavor flight attendants are guaranteed:

● 75 credit hours per month

● A minimum of 11 days off per month

All flight attendants start with a “Reserve Schedule” until seniority allows the ability to hold a “Line Schedule.”

● When on reserve, flight attendants are assigned days throughout the month when they will be “on call” and can be contacted to cover a flight. With a reserve line, there are no scheduled pairings but will be assigned flying by Crew Scheduling during the contactable time period.

● May be scheduled as Home Reserve or Ready Reserve.

● Home Reserve days are 14 hours; Ready Reserve days are 8 hours at the airport and can be extended to 14 hours if given a flight assignment.

Once a flight attendant holds a regular Line Schedule, he or she will bid for and be assigned scheduled pairings for the month.

● Schedule bidding is awarded based on seniority.

● Pairings may range from single-day trips to five-day trips.
