The NORTH COLLINS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT has an immediate need to fill permanent & substitute positions in our Transportation Department.

*Bus Driver applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age have a good driving record , already have or be willing to obtain a CDL class “B” license with a P & S endorsement, pass a background check, physical and drug screen. (Options available for CDL class “C”- call for more information). Free Paid Training to get your CDL provided to the right candidates. Bus Driver Rate of Pay 17.50- 19.93 to start based on experience. *Bus Attendants must be a minimum of 19 years of age & pass a background check. Candidates for all positions must be dependable and enjoy working with and being around children. Our permanent positions involve working a split day: 6am-9am & 1:30pm-4pm (for example). Benefits include: paid health insurance, flexible spending account, paid sick & personal time, perfect attendance bonus, Overtime availability, NYS Retirement Pension Plan. Our substitute positions allow you to pick work as it comes available. We have work available at many different times of the day including field trips, sports runs (from 3:45pm on) and even work at times on weekends. Eden EMT, Amy recently provided a hands on training with Eden Recreation's staff on how to use the supplies in their First Aid Kits. This year the Eden Emergency Squad went out of their way to restock first aid boxes for the Eden Recreation Department and proivded a great hands-on training during orientation.

The JV Softball team finished their season strong with a big 15-5 win against cross-town rival St. Peter and Paul of Hamburg! Great all-around team effort, with strong pitching by Savanna and Morgan. Reagan lead the hit parade with a home run and 3 RBIs. Sienna added 3 RBIs, and Charlee and Chloe both had 2 RBIs a piece. Everyone received game ball recognition for a great season-ending game. JV finished their season with 6 wins and 2 losses. Coaches: Coach Ahrens and Coach Wagner.

New and exciting programming has been added to both Clubhouses, increasing the retention of our members daily attendance and enticing past members to rejoin We have implemented a new staff training program to ensure both sites are safe and fun

Our organization is coming out of the pandemic strong Numbers are rebounding as more than 200 youth are entering a safe, positive space every single day While annual memberships are down from pre-pandemic, the numbers continue to rise and, even more importantly, more of those members are coming every day. Most holy Apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases, of things despaired of. Pray for me, I am so helpless and alone. Make use I implore you of that particular privilege given to you, to bring visible and speedy help, where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolation and help of Heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings and that I may prasie God with you and all the elect forever. A THOUGHT TO REMEMBER…

Although going outside was denied to her as she and her family lived in hiding, how wise Anne Frank was at her young age. Going outside can certainly comfort each of us. And there is no better time than now to enjoy the wonders of nature.

This summer’s weather has not been perfect with smoke from the Canadian wildfires sometimes making our days hazy and dull. But there is still so much to see, hear and enjoy. Take a drive to the Lake and watch a sunset, sit in your yard and enjoy the gardens you have tended, walk around the block, or get your bike out for a ride.

Take a moment to relish the comfort that these days give to each of us and be glad for it.
