Conducted 2021 Audit with our audit firm, Chapin Crouse.

Coordinated the development of 2023 church budget.

Closely monitored monthly financials.

Made investment changes in the reserve fund to increase returns.

Converted to a new software system for managing financials.

Established designated accounts for the Alpha Ministry, Women of the Church and Property Maintenance and Repair.

Completed integration of the time clock, payroll, and on-boarding services using Forest Acres Payroll Services.

Guidance was provided by Endowment Committee to other committees responsible for using endowed funds in regards to spending rate.
