The four Sundays after Easter, a group of Medical Professionals gathered for a book study of The Healers Calling by Daniel Sulmasy.
The Sundays@5 Bible Study in the Spring studied Paul’s Letter to the Church at Rome.
The WE@EPC Studies in the Spring included a book study of Growing With by Kara Powell and Steven Argue.
In December, two more expressly Young Adult Sunday School Classes were gathered and launched.
We hosted Dr. Stan Saunders, in August, for our revamped Adult Vacation Bible School. Dr. Saunders preached on Sunday morning and then led two evening sessions on Sunday night and Monday night that were well attended. On Monday, he met for lunch with local clergy and discussed his current projects. Funding for Dr. Saunders was provided through the Donaho Teaching Fund.
The combined Adult Summer Sunday School studied the Marks of Membership from the Book of Order.
Lenten devotionals and sermons focused on the Psalms. Communicated and/or provided opportunities for members to further their discipleship journeys in the areas of intentional study, prayer, fellowship, and service with other Christians via a vibrant Small Groups (SG) Ministry and Daily Devotionals Ministry.
Expanded the SGs Ministry to 60 Small Groups. Nine new SGs kicked off in Fall ‘22, including a Men’s Basketball SG, Atria SG, Still Hopes SG, Young Women’s SG, CLC Ladies SG, Pickleball & Prayer SG (women in 20s-30s), Greenhill Ladies SG (women from 30s-80s), Elliott/Richardson Couples SG, and Young/Reabold Couples SG.
Solicited new facilitators for Small Groups and hosted the SG Facilitators Training Workshop for Aug 2022.
