Critical Incidents or traumatic events are usually sudden or threatening events that can severely impact the emotional, mental and physical wellbeing of staff involved. Critical Incident Management was designed by Drake WellbeingHub to ensure when managing a major incident, your organisation has proactive steps and responses to effectively support and minimise impact on your workforce.

Our Critical Incident Management guide offers staff timely support, early intervention and guidance following an incident. Support is provided to staff by our dedicated and highly experienced critical incident consultants, available 24/7.

Consultant provides psychological first aid: An approach that supports distressed or at-risk people, by providing immediate counselling intervention and coping strategies
Drake WellbeingHub arranges follow up support for any staff indicating need for ongoing counselling
