YOGA & PILATES WITH NORMA
Mat Pilates will focus on controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength. It will also utilize the training of the arms and legs as well as the trunk muscles. Yoga will focus on the union of mind, body, and spirit while developing flexibility, strength, and balance. Students will be encouraged to work at their own pace and to “Listen to their bodies.” Students will need to bring their own mats

Barre With Norma
Experience a full body workout including strength, balance, flexibility, and toning while using provided fitness equipment. Movements are inspired by ballet and blended with Pilates/Yoga. Appropriate for all, modifications provided. Students will need to bring their own mats.

This program provides dynamic instruction by a certified Pickleball teaching professional from Bay Area Racquet Club. Players will develop a strong foundation of skills through engaging drills involving stroke production and live ball training.

HIGH fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and the world is taking notice!
Think Old School Aerobics made modern. Cardio and toning meet Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. You will have a sweaty blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more because it’s so much fun! Take it HIGH or take it LOW! Options given for all levels of fitness.
