MAKING FITNESS FUN!

T

o all my ‘Smart Fitt Move it or lose it’, Aerobics, Total Body Blast, Bootcamp and PT Clients:

“I hope you are all well and trying to keep fit and as healthy as possible during this very strange year. I have been busy posting up videos onto You Tube so that you can try and be active whilst staying at home. If you haven’t found them yet, go to You Tube and then type into the Search Bar either: ‘Smart-Fitt does Move it or lose it’ OR ‘Smart Fitt does Total Body Blast’. I hope to be able to resume classes in the next couple of months, depending on government guidelines, but they will probably have to take a format slightly different from before. I will endeavour to contact everyone in due course to let you know when your class is re-starting. I am beginning to re-start Personal Training sessions, working out in my garden, or on a village playing field, or via a video call. All existing PT clients should already have been contacted. If you are looking to start PT sessions and you have no pre-existing health issues, please contact me via my e-mail address or website enquiry form.

Hang in there, you can do this! Stay Safe, Stay home, stay as fit as you can!”

PHOTOGRAPHY PROJECT BOOSTS LIVES FIRST RESPONDERS’ FUNDS Local photographer, Ryan Murrant, recently toured his Elsea Park community capturing images of people whilst raising money at the same time. Ryan decided that the money raised should come back to the town, so the Len Pick Trust was approached and recently a cheque for £1,845 was donated, via the Trust, to the LIVES First Responders Team in Bourne. Chairman of the Len Pick Trust, David Bower (left) is shown presenting the cheque to LIVES volunteer, Steve Haigh, with Ryan Murrant, in the orange sweatshirt, looking on. David commented, “We are a charity set up by the late Len Pick for the general benefit of the townspeople of Bourne and Ryan’s fantastic effort really chimes in with those aims. We are also particularly grateful to the Trustees of The Elsea Park Community Trust for their donation to the project.” 10
