Camper drop off and pickup will be the East Circle entrance all summer. Campers should be walked into the building on the first day of camp to check in and may walk themselves in the rest of the week. Campers are only allowed to be picked up by persons authorized by their legal guardians on their Ultra camp Authorized Pick Up List.
Pickup will be available until 4:15 PM, after campers will be walked to Extended day Care and will be charged after 10 minutes.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and refund requests are subject to the timeline outlined below and are calculated based on the program start date.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the program start date will receive a 100% refund of all program fees, excluding the nonrefundable registration fee for morning specialty camps only.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the program start date will receive a 50% refund of all program fees, excluding the non-refundable registration fee for morning specialty camps only.
Cancellations made less than 7 days of the program start date, including the week of the program, are not eligible for any refund.
The non-refundable registration fee applies exclusively to morning specialty camps. Afternoon and extended day programs do not carry a nonrefundable registration fee.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Mnewcomb@ashmi.org. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

The Junior Camp Counselor Program offers students from 5th-7th grade a unique opportunity to build leadership skills, develop responsibility, and gain hands-on experience working with younger campers in a supportive and fun environment. This program is designed to empower students with the tools they need to grow as leaders while making meaningful contributions to our camp community.
Morning Rotations
Each morning, Junior Camp Counselors will rotate through the various morning camps offered, assisting instructors with setup, activities, and camper engagement. This rotation provides exposure to different camp themes, such as art, STEM, athletics, and performing arts, and allows Junior Camp Counselors to experience a variety of roles. Junior Counselors are encouraged to actively assist instructors and are welcome to participate in camp activities alongside younger campers, further developing their understanding of teamwork and leadership.
Skills Development
Through their involvement in the program, Junior Camp Counselors will: Enhance communication and collaboration skills by working closely with camp instructors and peers
