WHAT ABOUT COVID-19? Summer at Sacred Heart’s top priority is providing safe, in person camps during the summer of 2021. Since the landscape surrounding COVID-19 changes almost daily, it makes it difficult to predict exactly what measures will be in place when we open in June. At this time, the American Camp Association (ACA) recommends that camp programs move forward with their summer planning assuming that COVID-19 will be a prevalent factor in summer 2021. We will continue to work within state and federal guidelines when creating our policies and procedures for the upcoming summer. We anticipate that these regulations may include things like cohorting, mask wearing, social distancing and screening procedures. As summer approaches we will release detailed information regarding our COVID-19 specific policies and procedures for a safe, happy and fun summer for every camper.

DAILY LUNCH

Daily lunch is included in the cost of camp. The menu varies each week and includes balanced options typical of a school lunch offering. Families who wish to send their camper with their own lunch each day should pack a nonperishable sack lunch.

TUTORING AND MUSIC Tutoring and music lessons are available for campers looking for additional instruction over the summer. We provide academic tutoring in math, science, language arts and world languages and music instruction in piano, guitar, violin and percussion.
