...just as the Son of Man [Jesus] did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." – Matthew 20:28 As an officer, you will guide others to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to know how they should go (Proverbs 22:6), and become disciples (Matthew 28:19-20). As you apply, please take into consideration what will be expected of you as a Student Council officer. If appointed, your performance will be under continuous evaluation so as to maintain the highest possible standards. Failure to productively participate and/or meet any of the qualifications or responsibilities may result in personnel sanctions which could include, but are not limited to, verbal or written warnings, probation, or possible removal from Student Council. Another officer will be asked to step in or an election will take place to fill the vacant position if needed.

Mentor Leaders TPCS is committed to our credo: Training scholars, Making disciples, and Graduating leaders. Mentor Leaders are essential in fostering the environment to reinforce the TPCS credo. Mentor Leaders is a program designed to allow students in 10th-12th grade the opportunity to be servant leaders and to make disciples within the school community. They will assist in leading mentor groups of younger students, leading discussions and encouraging the students to grow in their faith. The application process occurs each Spring for those interested in serving as a Mentor Leader in the next school year.

Additional Information Textbooks Each student will be issued his/her own textbooks by the classroom teacher depending on the class. The student is responsible for keeping the book in good condition until it is returned at the end of the class. If the book is lost or damaged, the student is responsible to pay the school for the loss or damage. Grades and transcripts will be held until books are returned or book fines have been paid. Students may be asked to purchase their own supplemental textbooks or novels in some classes.

School Trips (Exploration Trips / Retreats / Field Trips) External educational trips and opportunities are an important part of a student's learning experiences. They enable students to see, apply, explore, and/or experience what is being studied in the classroom. The expectations for each student are the same as any school day as they are a representative of the school body. Any infraction that would be addressed at school will be addressed accordingly by staff on the trips.

Training scholars. Making disciples. Graduating leaders.
