General Guidance
1. Make sure you know how to access Teams and join live lessons or recorded lessons in Teams. If you are missing from a subject Team, please email your teacher so that they can add you. 2. You should have Teams invites in your calendar, if you can’t see these, then go to your subject team and access the lesson from within the Team. If you need help, Mr Beasley has created this video for you How to join a Teams Lesson 3. Please be patient. Everyone is trying really hard to make this the best experience it can be, but tech does sometimes freeze/fail so be understanding and kind. 4. Mr Wilkinson Dan.Wilkinson@luckleyhouseschool.org is here to help you with any technical issues. Mr Beasley can also help you, but remember he does teach a full timetable. If your need is urgent call the school office on 0118 978 4175 and they will try and find someone to help you. 5. Ideally, ensure your device is plugged in when in use. If you use a digital pen, ensure you have extra batteries available. 6. Please ensure you have your textbooks, files etc. all to hand, just as you would do in a classroom. 7. Please use your School email address and not a private address for all communication with your teachers at school. 8. There will be a lot on offer, so take part in everything you can, it will really enhance your experience and you may find a new hobby or interest. 9. Please take time away from the screen – read a book, play a game, bake, get some exercise – find balance. 10. Most important – we are all here for you, so please get in touch to see if we can help.
