3 | The Port Planning Process The FPH masterplanning process was designed to ensure that world’s best practice in strategic port planning was brought into the plan, whilst also ensuring that localised factors and complexities were also fully considered.
This involved the delivery of multiple formal reports and technical memorandums across the span of the study. The following figure illustrates the adopted planning process.
