My favorite month of the year is here!! I am SO ready for a full month of Halloween festivities!

I'm looking forward to meeting more of you IRL before this year is over! Most recently, I started staying in Brooklyn a couple days of the week in order to work closer to the Cut + Clarity homebase. I am new to the area and would love friends to explore the city with!

What's your favorite thing about being Guatemalan? What is your favorite thing about being Guatemalan? I was adopted when I was a baby so now that I am older, I am still learning more and more about my culture and appreciating my background more.
What's your favorite thing about being Peruvian?
I love the culture and the food! Peru is breathtaking.

What's your favorite thing about being Dominicana? How joyous we are as people. There isn't a gathering without laughter, big smiles, dancing, good music, and food. I also really love how community oriented we are. Having grown up in DR until I was a teen I saw how the neighbors would constantly help each other out.
What's your favorite thing about being Peruvian? I love being Peruvian because of the traditions and foods I grew up with!

What's your favorite thing about being Puerto Rican + Black? The best thing about being Puerto Rican and Black American is definitely the way we get down in the kitchen!! The food is always great but having this sense of family we provide is also a plus! Also Puerto Rico is such a beautiful Caribbean island and I can't wait to visit the family I've never met!

I have so much to tell you…
What's going on everyone! I am so excited for what's to come during the final quarter of the year. I feel like summer came and went due to me being nose down into work so I am looking to fall to bring in some necessary relaxation and planning! With only a few months left in 2022, I am dedicating this time to finally take the necessary leaps and really solidify myself as an entrepreneur, model and overall human being. This month I am hosting my first private shopping experience with Cut + Clarity on October 8th AND I have finally launched my pose coaching workshops. The first one will be happening on October 9th in New Jersey!!!! This course is for anyone looking to build confidence within themselves and in front of the camera Each guest will be able to have 2 new professional photos and a goodie bag of some of my fav beauty essentials and more. I have some amazing things in store for this first class so if you're interested in joining please let me know!

On September 30th, we were invited to Big Spaceship's Festival celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Thank you to all who attended! It was great to see you IRL and be around other amazing LatinX owned businesses.
On October 24th Mariana will give a lecture to the MBA class at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. The lecture will revolve around Change Management and how MRC implements and has driven change in the jewelry industry through out her 20 years of experience.
