New Year, Same Me, New Chapter of my life. I am manifesting 2023 to be a year of embracing my selfworth, improving my health and well-being, and being open to new adventures! Yesterday was the first time I worked out in a year! I tried Pilates for the first time, which was DIFFICULT, but I had a great time. I had ZERO idea of what I was doing, so there was much uncertainty. But getting out of your comfort zone is essential because growth happens in discomfort. So cheers to a year of trying new things!
