After you launch the app, you’ll need to tap Sign Up at the top right of the screen. Provide your email address and a strong password, then verify your email. After verifying your email, you’ll need to verify your phone number. Didn'tgetthe verificationemail? Checkyourspam folder.

Once you’ve created a Curb One account, then just Log In.

After verifying your phone number, in order to proceed with onboarding, you will need to confirm the Fleet Code that Curb assigned to your fleet. If you do not have a Fleet Code, check with your manager. After your Fleet Code is confirmed, follow instructions in the app to enter your personal and licensing info. Then, if necessary, add your vehicle.


When you open the app, you'll see the main screen.

Notice the SHIFT toggle in the top right corner is currently OFF and showing red.
To begin accepting passengers, you need to start your shift.


At the top, you'll see the Rate and Riders buttons.
The fare breakdown displays your current Fare, any Extras, Tolls, and the Total amount. Allstartat$0.00.

When getting a street hail, the app will prompt you to confirm two key details before starting the trip.
Make sure to review these before proceeding.

Standard and custom rates are supported for your market. Select the one that applies for your trip, then tap CONFIRM.

You can select from 1 to 4 riders. This is important for record-keeping and compliance.
Once you've confirmed the rate and number of riders, you're ready to begin.

Start the Meter: You're ready to begin!

Tap the green START TRIP button at the bottom of the screen. The meter will start running and calculate the fare automatically.


You'll see the fare accumulating in real-time.
Notice the Extras and Tolls fields - you can add additional charges during the trip as needed.
Ifyouneedtoadd extracharges,such asforadditional luggageorairport fees,taptheExtras field.
Total The Total updates automatically with all charges.

The app will automatically prompt you to add tolls when entering a toll zone.

You'll see a list of nearby tolls with their amounts. Simply tap to select the appropriate toll. Agreencheckmark confirmsyour selection.Youcan selectmultipletolls ifneeded.
For tolls not listed, or to add tolls manually at any time, tap 'Enter Manual Toll.'

Once you've reached the destination and added all necessary charges, review the fare breakdown carefully. Confirm all amounts are correct.

When everything looks accurate, tap the red END TRIP button to finalize the meter reading.

After ending the trip, you'll see two options.

If the passenger needs to continue or you ended the trip by mistake, tap TIME ON to resume the meter.
In most cases, tap TO PAYMENT to proceed with collecting payment from your passenger

Select the passenger's payment preference.

Credit is selected by default - this is the most common choice.
If the passenger wants to pay cash, tap the Cash option. Then tap NEXT to continue.

For credit payments, you'll see an itemized breakdown of all charges.

Hand your phone to the passenger. They can select a tip percentage - 15%, 20%, or 25% - or tap 'Other' to enter a custom tip amount.

Once the tip is selected, either you or the passenger can tap 'Tap to Pay on iPhone.'

Tap to Pay on iPhone allows you to accept contactless payments from contactless credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Watch, and smartphones with other digital wallets — right on your iPhone and without any extra terminals or hardware.

● To accept a contactless card, present your iPhone to the customer and ask the customer to hold their card horizontally on the tap area for a few seconds until done.
● To accept payments from a smartphone, present your iPhone to the customer and ask the customer to hold their iPhone near the tap area until done.

Tap to Pay for Android phones allows you to accept contactless payments from contactless credit or debit cards and smartphones with other digital wallets — right on your phone and without any extra terminals or hardware.

● To accept a contactless card, present your phone to the customer and ask the customer to hold their card horizontally on the tap area on the BACK of your phone for a few seconds until done.
● To accept payments from a smartphone, present your phone to the customer and ask the customer to hold their phone near the tap area on the BACK of your phone until done.

After successful payment, passengers can receive a digital receipt.


They can enter their phone number or email address in the fields provided.
