Our story began in 1977 with our founder, the late Ivan Crossland, Sr., lovingly known as ‘Red Iron’. He started Crossland Construction out of the family garage with a wife and ten kids at home. His optimism, integrity, work ethic, and grit led him to success in every endeavor. His story became the embodiment of The American Dream, but more importantly, it continues to inspire us every day.
Today, we are humbled by our continued growth over the years. Still family-owned and operated, we have expanded to four companies, nine office locations, and over 1,900 dedicated employees. We rank #55 in the top construction firms in the nation and have an unmatched safety rating. We continue to serve under our founders belief that if you dream big, remain humble, and work hard - great things are possible.
