Have you ever wondered who you can go to that can answer all your questions about the Club when it comes to membership, loyalty rewards, feedback, promotions and all things in between? While you can always approach any of our friendly staff members, we also have a dedicated and passionate team that is here to help you!
The Customer Relations team was formed back in 2014 by General Manager, Clint Williams, who envisioned creating a department whose purpose was getting to know Club members on an individual level, and striving to continually enhance the delivery of outstanding and exemplary service to all members and guests.
“From our Customer Relations team, to our entire team of staff, our focus is always on how we can provide friendly & welcoming atmosphere that members truly value and simply won’t find anywhere else,” Clint said.
Since its inception 10 years ago, the Customer Relations team has expanded from 2 to 6 members. Business and Loyalty Development Manager Helen Smyth, who has been with the Customer Relations team since its formation, is delighted to lead a department whose core value is about caring for our members. “Our entire team is genuinely interested in listening to any feedback, ideas - or are always up for having a bit of chat!
At the end of the day, it’s about listening to our members to make sure we are living up to their expectations, and our commitment to the North Queensland community. The Customer Relations team is an integral part of that,” Helen explained.
Loved by both long-term and new members, our Reception Supervisor and Customer Relations superstar, Tania Rooney, is the familiar face that greets you when you visit us. After over 20 years of service, she is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to answering any and all queries you may have.
Our Customer Relations Hosts, Kelly Vidler and Erin MilesGavin, are always readily available if you need any assistance or have any feedback on how we can improve as a Club. You can catch them day-to-day to say hello, or when they’re running our members draws, promotions or raffles!
Working hard in the background are Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant Hayley Pratt, and Marketing Manager, Abbey Cullen. These two ladies keep things fresh at the Club with exciting new promotions & events.
