David was awarded best bowler and all rounder this weekend for the U14 boys cricket at the Alexandra and Eastern Cricket Association. Well done David.
Emily has qualified again this year for the National Age Multi-Class Swimming Championships in early April, to be held in Adelaide. In addition to qualifying for all her age group events, Emily has also qualified to swim in 4 open races. This means she will be racing alongside Paralympians from Tokyo. Congratulations Emily and all the very best for the upcoming championships.
While living in London, UK in 2021, Heidi Fopp had a chapter of her work published for the Young Writers’ Competition, sponsored by the Arts Council of England and the University of Roehampton. Her piece follows the idea of “never trust a survivor until you find out what they did to stay alive”. The published book contains stories of identity and family history in the category theme “My Name Is…” including Heidi’s chapter.
