Walk and Talk
Family fun awaits with this monthly scavenger hunt! Families will have one week to complete and submit to be entered into our monthly family prize pack. Get out, explore and make memories!
Embrace the Vancouver Island weather! Grab a coffee with various MFRC staff (on us) occasionally featuring "guest walkers and talkers". Dress for the weather. Rain or snow, we are walking for some fresh air and chats. Walk in twos, two meters apart, masks encouraged.

Adult Raising Kids in the CAF A virtual group meeting for connection and support, while developing skills to tackle tantrums, sulking, sibling conflict, screen time battles and more. This group is open to parents, step-parents, grandparents etc., who want to enhance their connection with the kids in their lives. Family members of kids of all ages welcome. Raising Teens (and Preteens!) in the CAF Calling all military families with preteens & teens! We are looking for interest in a new program dedicated to parents (and step-parents, grandparents, etc.) who want to enhance communication and connection with the youth in their lives.
