CDC is a Clayco company with national buying power which brings value to our clients bottom line. We have the ability to source, procure, and expedite interior finishes, FF&E and MEP equipment direct. Our buying power allows us to leverage better lead times and pricing with material manufacturers.
Ingredients used in the brewing process are brought in via Norfolk Southern rail line. There are two spurs that bring Dextrose into 16 unload stations. The third spur brings in high proof alcohols, used to finalize the alcohol content in their product. Clayco was responsible for rail work inside the property line and the local county government supplied the rest of the approximately one mile of track to the main line.

CRG is developing The Cubes at Bridgeport, a 568-acre industrial mega site with 8.5 million square feet of potential in Newnan, Georgia. Within Coweta County, the site is strategically located on the I-85 interchange at Exit 41 and near major transportation systems, including Interstate 85, both CSX and Norfolk Southern railroads, HartsfieldJackson Atlanta International and Newnan-Coweta Airport.
The site will house a distribution facility with a storage capacity of approximately 600,000 tires. Materials needed to produce the tires are brought in via Norfolk Southern rail line. This spur brings in carbon black, vulcanized rubber, and other misc tire components. It pulls rail cars into the building, and over the top of a 25’ deep concrete basement, where a pneumatic material conveying system empties the rail car and sends materials to their respective storage tanks.
The facility utilizes a tiltup structural type and features 36’ clear heights. With close proximity to the Norfolk Southern rail line and Rickenbacker International Airport, the development provides access to major distribution and supply routes within the region.
