Tutors are your first point of contact.
Distribution of information and help coordinate administration e.g. sports choices, exam details etc.
Attendance monitoring.
Rewards and sanctions oversight.
Facilitating mentoring opportunities.
Monitoring and supporting academic progress.
Managing pastoral concerns.
Knowledge and encouragement of co-curricular activity.
Providing a supportive atmosphere for inter year group activity.
Intra-house events.
Opportunity to lead house assemblies.
House charity support.
School starts with tutor time at 8.25am every day
Where you have a specific question or concern, in the first instance, please contact your child’s tutor.
Usual escalation route if necessary:
Tutor head of house head deputy head (pastoral) deputy head (academic) An initial response will be sent within 24 hours. More complex matters may require further research and enquiries.

• Pupil specific information – reports, timetable, homework tasks set

• Bags left on site overnight or weekend will be moved.
• There are lost property stores outside PE and in the science entrance
• Named items will be given to HoH to notify students via email. It is really important that pupils read their emails!
• Periodically, a lost property 'tent' will be placed in the top car park for items which have not been reclaimed by the routes above.

A ‘one-stop’ website / app for expert information on the social, emotional and educational needs of young people.
We use the website in school with students with a pupil portal and there is also a parent portal.

o Events (incl webinars, podcasts and blogs)
o Q&A
o Support
