Gala Day is an event for current pupils, new joiners, their families, alumni and members of staff only.

• For safeguarding reasons we request that you do not take photos or videos or post photos or videos online of children, other than your own at Gala Day.

• For any medical incidents, please either

- Visit the St. John’s ambulance service who will be on site near the bottom fields; or

- Alert the Care Centre on 01372 473701, for more serious medical incidents;

- Dial 999 if you believe the ambulance service may be required (ideally after consultation with the Care Centre).

• In the event of a child becoming lost, please contact the Care Centre on 01372 473701.

• Please make yourself aware of the fire assembly point shown in green on the Gala Day map overleaf. In the event of a fire please dial 999.

• We want the children to enjoy themselves to the maximum but please ensure that on the inflatables, to prevent friction burns on exposed skin, all users should be fully clothed including socks.

- The assault course is for 4+ years only.

- Younger pupils should use the tots play zone.

• At all times during the Gala Day, you are responsible for the supervision and safety of your own children.

• Attendees participate at their own risk. Claremont Fan Court School cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur from participating in this event.
