Our 9-acre Off-leash Dog park is found at the Northwest corner of Tobaggan Hill Park includes a parking lot with over 30 stalls, lighted multi-surface trails, benches and picnic tables, three size-separated areas, multiple double-gated entrances, and a dog water fountain.

Off-leash Dog Park Rules

• No dogs without people

• Maintain verbal control of your dog at all times

• Dogs must wear a collar or harness – no spike, prong, or pinch collars allowed

• No aggressive dogs – this includes posturing or mounting behavior

• If your dog gets in a fight, exchange contact information and leave the park

• Dogs must be licensed and immunized

• No dogs in heat allowed

• Monitor un-neutured dogs closely

• Children under 10 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian

• No glass – and use caution bringing food into the park

• Clean up after your dog

Bylaws for Dog Owners

• Dogs must be leashed in public places except the off-leash dog park

• Clean up after your dog

• Dogs left in vehicles are required to have shade, ventilation and water to drink

• Do not allow your dog on school grounds, ball diamonds, playgrounds, or in the Rotary Spray Park

• Failure to obey these bylaws can result in a $150-200 fine
