April 2022 Update
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Champions have been identified and will begin engaging in roundtable discussions to ensure the DEI initiatives align with the City’s Strategic Plan. These efforts are ongoing and will also include creating policies, educating employees and leaders on topics related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, adhering to compliance protocols and laws/regulations, and remaining professional in handling sensitive information.
