April 2022 Update
• Current activities review: In progress. Engaging our residents utilizing a set procedure of disseminating information to the public; however, continuing to access as the digital trends and platforms are always growing.
• Best practices investigation: Currently working close with PIO peers to define how they engage the community and what ways the Comms Division can strengthen public communications. The
Comms Division meets weekly to define and redefine this effort and analyze our means of reaching this goal. So far, the Comms Division has been able to further push more communitydriven information and video, and though seeing a decrease in marketing tourism, have seen an increase in the community engagement efforts.
