April 2022 Update

The City of Fort Pierce and Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency entered into an Agreement for Purchase and Development of Fisherman’s Wharf with Pierce 1 Marina, LLC on August 16, 2021. The first amendment was approved by the FPRA Board and City Commission in March 2022 to further extend the deadline for the City to cure the title objections and survey objections. Pierce 1 is working on the site plan for the project and expects to submit soon.
