Glitz & Glamour as Yorkshire professionals take to the catwalk

What a night to remember at the PROFESSIONALS FASHION SHOW BALL 09 as professionals from the Yorkshire business community took to the catwalk for their modelling debuts and raised more than £2,500 for Breast Cancer Care. The sellout annual black-tie fundraising dinner and fashion show, which took place at Saviles Hall, Royal Armouries, in Leeds saw 37aspiring models from firms across Yorkshire strut their stuff modelling the latest trends from Karen Millen, Reiss, All Saints, L.K. Bennett, ZARA, Hawes & Curtis and Coast in front of a 450-strong audience. Lisa Crampton of Eventium organised and compered the evening and Jonathan Abrahams of Barclays presented the prize draw. Lisa Crampton, organiser said: “We are thrilled with the success this year and the tremendous support from the Yorkshire business community, it’s been a tough year for business but the event was better than ever, the atmosphere in the room was electric! Thanks go to everyone involved and especially our fashion partners as well as Phil Witcomb for photography, Darryl Newby for filming and Absolute Design & Print Solutions. With many firms already asking to pre-book for next year we are now planning for next year’s celebrations which will take place on Friday, 14th May 2010 - make sure you don’t miss out!”

CITY TRAVEL WARNER LEISURE BREAKS All of us City Dwellers need some fresh air now and then and Warner Holidays has two perfectly sumptuous and scrumptious breaks this season.

With the nights drawing in and winter approaching thoughts inevitably turn to Christmas and New Year and there’s still plenty of choice and value to be had for those seeking to celebrate (or escape) the festivities. Skiers and snowboarders can take to the slopes in Austria, an exclusive holiday to Zell am Zee or St Wolfgang departing Manchester on 19th December for one week from just £399 per person on half board basis. Or enjoy the stylish Swiss resort of Verbier staying in a chalet for a week including breakfast each day and six dinners from £599 per person including flights from Manchester, again departing on 19th December. If a tropical climate is more your thing and you like to party then how about Christmas in the Thai beach resort of Pattaya, it’s undergone a bit of a face lift in recent times and although still racy in parts it’s great value. I have six nights at the luxurious Amari Orchard hotel with its blissful spa and choice of bars and restaurants. Departing Heathrow on 21st December on room only from £889 per person.

THORESBY HALL Nottinghamshire has a four night break from 23rd December for £699 per person on full board. The spa facilities here are superb and Thoresby Hall has deservedly been nominated as Best UK Boutique Hotel in the 2009 British Travel Awards.

Or head west for Christmas in the Caribbean, a week’s all inclusive at the Casa Marina in the Dominican Republic is from just £1147 per person including flights from Manchester on 21st December, transfers and complimentary snorkeling and nonmotorised water sports. If you’re not keen on such long flights there’s a New Year break to Fuerteventura departing Manchester on 30th December from £629 per person on all inclusive at the Oasis Village in Corralejo, and a week at the St George Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus is from £689 per person on all inclusive with flights from Manchester on 29th December. The hotel boasts an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis, squash and gym as well as a good choice of bars and restaurants. Or see in the New Year in style and elegance at the famous Mandarin Oriental hotel on Hong Kong Island. Departing Heathrow on 29th December, a four night break with private transfers is £1175 per person including upgrade to a harbour view room: the perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular fireworks display as you look down on Victoria Harbour. Something truly unforgettable for the kids would be spending Christmas with Santa himself, head for Lapland with Transun Holidays on 23rd December for three nights from Gatwick to the Davvi Hotel & Cabins for £1149 per adult & £1029 per child. Or they can thank him for their pressies with a package from Manchester on Boxing Day for £759 per adult and £639 for children for three nights.

Or spend New Year at delightful NIDD HALL in North Yorkshire arriving 29th December until 2nd January on full board with evening entertainment for £599 per person in an Ambassador room.

If you’d like some more information on any of these holidays or if you’d like to discuss any other travel matter please get in touch with me on: City City Dweller Dweller | 12 |8

It’s true for certain destinations that it pays to book early to get the widest choice and value however it’s still not too late if you’re thinking of seeing in 2010 in New York, if you’re prepared to fly home New Year’s Day evening then a four-night break to Patsy and Eddie’s fave the Soho Grand in trendy Tribeca is £1409 per person departing Manchester 28th December for four nights stay one room only. Or if you’d like to remain in the UK, a four night festive break to Drumrossie Hotel on the outskirts of Inverness in the Scottish highlands on 23rd December is from just £219 per person including dinner, bed and breakfast, mulled wine reception and Scottish entertainment.

City Dweller JOJO

Hey up my Galaxy people! Have you checked out my new show on the Galaxy Weekend yet? If not, why not?! I’m still on in the mornings when you wake up but now I’ve been given the opportunity to speak to the night people too. The show’s called ‘Back to JoJo’s’ and is on every Sunday morning from 2am after the massive Hed Kandi show with David Dunne. It’s an eclectic show with an after party vibe, so next time you’re up around that time give it a listen. The show is aimed at nocturnal people with an open mind to music with plenty of guests and silliness! Try it you might like it... Right – well that’s my plug done, now to the main course. Have you visited the brand new City Inn Hotel down the dark arches? Wow! It sounds a bit low budget from its name but that is far from what it is in actual reality. City Inns are in all the major cities in the UK and have excellent facilities for leisure or business guests: iMac computers, complimentary Wi-Fi, Skype, Sky, luxurious linen, power showers and 24-hour room service. Check me – I sound like the flippin’ brochure. The restaurant is light and airy with alfresco dining available by the canal. Can I recommend the prawn cocktail with giant tempura prawns, delicious! If you can’t justify a stay at the hotel then you must at the very least visit the bar on the 13th floor with wrap around terrace and panoramic views. Sip a cocktail while soaking in Leeds’ blade runner-esque skyline. I jest, but it is pretty impressive and I do believe that once the masses discover it they’ll be knocking people back. There’s a great list of tipples on offer. I was feeling under the weather on my visit and the bartender made me a drink with medicinal qualities – an ‘Amaretto Sour’, lots of vitamin C in that. Well tasty! It made me feel much better. Ah well - make sure you listen to Galaxy when you wake up and listen to our ‘Dose Cast’ available for free to download on the Galaxy website www.galaxyfm.com or iTunes – it’s full of the stuff we can’t say on the radio! If you are easily offended I wouldn’t bother - ciao for now xx

Popular Leeds band, The Pigeon Detectives, have pledged their support to the Cash for Kids Action on Neglect Appeal by recording a special which is now available to download. 96.3 Radio Aire’s Cash for Kids Action on Neglect Appeal was launched recently by presenters JK and Joel after new studies revealed the extent of child neglect in West Yorkshire. JK explains: “We were really shocked by the number of kids affected right here on our doorstep and felt compelled to do something about it. We know the people of Yorkshire care too, so we launched the appeal to raise money to make a real impact on the lives of neglected local children.” Pigeon Detective band members, Matt Bowman and Ryan Wilson, called in to speak to JK and Joel and revealed that the band members, who are in Leeds writing their third album, would record a special track for the appeal. Lead singer, Matt Bowman said: “We were sat at home listening to the radio and heard the presenters talking about the Cash for Kids appeal. It was Ryan who came up with the idea of getting involved and doing a song ourselves.” Guitarist Ryan Wilson adds: “We picked Tainted Love as we wanted to be a Leeds band covering a Leeds song. Soft Cell didn’t record the original, but they certainly made the song famous, they came up to Leeds and made it their own.” All the proceeds from the downloads of the track will go to 96.3 Radio Aire’s Cash for Kids Action on Neglect Appeal and all the money raised will go to Action For Children to benefit neglected children within Leeds and the West Yorkshire area. To download the track go to www.radioaire.com Another local band, The Cribs, have also recorded a special track for the appeal which will be available to download.

Donations to the Appeal can be made to Cash for Kids on:

Arun or Saengarun (her full name, meaning sunrise) has been cooking Thai food all her life. Saengarun started cooking for the people who worked on her Grandmothers farm. Since moving to the UK she has been the head chef in the majority of the Thai restaurants in Leeds. Saengarun Thai Restaurant is probably the most authentic tasting Thai food available in Yorkshire! Just ask around in the Thai community and Lots of Thai people including many students know of her food and come to sample and relenquish in the great tasting food Saengarun prepares ,a taste not often found outside of Thailand! Saengarun was recently Awarded a certificate of excellence from the AAA good food guide and a review from the Yokshire Post! The Hilton hotel personally recommends the foods in the Saengarun Thai Restaurant. Her most popular dishes amongst the Thai’s are her noodle soups yen ta fo and joo dee, som tam gai, a shredded papaya salad served with Thai syle BBQ chicken and sticky rice and goong Laos! King prawns marinated served raw like sushi with hot chilli sauce, fresh mint and lime. A real favourite!

The Rise of the Rock chick It’s time to pack away the summer dresses and sandals as autumn is upon us. Along with the crisp weather comes the edgy Fall/Winter 2009-2010 trends. Last time, I mentioned the rise of the rock chick...well check out my next fashion forecast! Our wartime female ancestors would never have imagined this day; where laddered stockings are not only acceptable, but fashionable! The ripped stocking trend is a close cousin of the ripped denim trend, a step towards a new era of neoGrunge. The most defining trend of the 1990s was undoubtedly grunge. And since the 80s revival has reached its peak and is on the steady decline, it’s the 90s that are next in turn - grunge naturally included. The first time I noticed it was on Alexander Wang’s A/W 2008 runway, in which beanies, boots and ripped tights made up a look that was rock chic meets neo-grunge. Since then, it’s taken quickly to the streets - featuring in many a street-style blog across the web. How to wear it? With conviction! Wearing a crisp, corporate skirt-suit and a pair of stockings with a little ladder or two just looks like an unfortunate run-in with a sharp fingernail. On the other hand, shredded tights with studded boots and a black mini screams fashion-forwards neo-grunge chic. www.jamessteward.co.uk For any fashion questions or queries contact: email: james@city-dweller.co.uk

It’s about time that I used my space in the city’s media pages to bring to your attention to a grave and plummeting problem that unless radically addressed may lead to the complete extinction of an entire species. I am talking about the ability to buy a decent bottle of dry sherry, and before you write me off as some cardigan wearing, rocking chair, blue-haired fanatic I have got news for all you cosmopolitan culture vultures. Sherry does not signify hip-replacement in Spain, but is just plain ‘hip’, and not only is it hand-crafted, but it represents top value for dinero. An award-winning producer was recently asked by my esteemed colleague on a booze cruise, er, sorry, on a research tasting with work, exactly how he perfects his craft producing such reputable wines and his answer was simply, ‘by magic’. Of course this was backed up entirely by his glamorous assistant, Senora Debbie McGee. No, I will not bore you with the details of the complex Solera ageing process from which three vintages up to thirty plus can be skilfully blended together, nor will I try to dispel the myths that surround it such as Manzanilla tastes salty because it is aged in barrels close to the sea, because I love the poetry in this legend alone. Don Quixote’s fantasy legacy built for Spain an iconic image, the beauty and texture of language earned Cervantes his place as one of the world’s foremost classic authors. Sherry is the quiet hero of Jerez and though it may not immediately appeal, read that first chapter and feel the story unfold your senses.

NV Manzanilla La Gitana, Hidalgo £7.29* At the extremity of dryness, the salacious freshness of character clips the taste buds, offering citrus pith, apple skin and almonds on the palate culminating in a well-balanced umami savoury finish. The tears on the glass denote not only its fortification but its decline in popularity in the UK market. Take the geek out for a dance, the gypsy kings on the wireless, some olives and pancetta, and delight in the transformation.

NV Palo Cortado Viejo C.P. Sherry £30 (FW) An amber core with a complex nose reminiscent of rum and raison ice cream. On the palate we get a dry orange zest, a freshness of bitter marmalade combined with coffee toasted beans. It offers subtle myriads teasing all the senses and seeming to delightfully linger forever. The swarthy stranger we once passed by becomes the one to whom we whisper, “Te quiero.” *This is a guide price. Available from all good stockists FW – This is a fine wine product, only sold by specialist merchants.

‘GUERRILLA ’ GARDENING Volunteers from Leeds Waterfronts assocition came together on the 9th October to help give something back to the community by clearing up an area at the back of Asda. The area had been overgrown and forgot about. But with the help from these volunteers, the area has now transformed the local area. Community clean-ups make a special contribution to the environment. That is why we would like to say a BIG thank-you to everyone who took the time to take part in the regeneration of the area.

Mulberry on my mind... and surprisingly not the super cool handbag brand!

I have also taken my first step to becoming a full blown WEG in preparation for the higher leagues by getting my teeth whitened!

The colour purple, and in particular Mulberry, seems to be embedded in my subconscious this month for a reason unbeknown to me. After a little research I discovered that purple is associated with royalty and its intended psychological effect was to show that the wearer was a VIP! I’ve discovered in China that the mulberry tree is considered the tree of life, while in Greek mythology it is known as a tree of misfortune. I prefer Chinese food so I’m going to stick with the Chinese symbolism for my subconscious obsession! I would recommend a splash of mulberry around the house - it really has warmed our house up for the cold winter months ahead.

I went to a dentist called Aesthetique which is conveniently situated in the Merrion Centre, a small practice with a wonderfully friendly receptionist and dentist giving you a very personalised, welcoming visit. After being stuffed with a mouthful of what seemed like playdough, seven days later a clear mould of my teeth was handed to me with an ominous black box full of little pipettes very innovative and ‘aesthetically’ pleasing! After much discussion about the different options of teeth whitening we decided this ‘tray’ was the best option, I had initially wanted the laser treatment being an impatient being but when I was told the strength of the peroxide I thought again. Even though I have the teeth of an ox and regularly used to bite into ice cream, the thought of constant brain freeze made me revaluate as I was told it may cause extreme sensitivity.

Jermaine and I have been relatively quiet this month, apart from the manic spontaneous painting! I featured on the front cover of the Harvey’s furniture magazine and modelled for Harrogate Bridal Fayre while Jermaine played against Liverpool in the cup and scored but they disallowed it, claiming he was off side. After looking back at the game, they realised he wasn’t! The atmosphere at Elland Road with 38,000 people is unbelievable. I get so nervous watching him Leeds had better go up this year - I want a long holiday!

City Dweller | 16

With the teeth trays I could whiten them to my own preferred whiteness (superdooper brilliant Hollywood white!) and redo them with the extra pipettes whenever necessary - perfect. So night after night I wore the ‘tray’ - goodness knows what Jermaine must have had dreams about as his girlfriend snuggled up to him with white foam oozing out of a gumshield, hearing “night night” with a lisp and kissing peroxide flavoured lips but we’re still going strong... and a week later I have whiter teeth! I only did the top teeth so I could see the difference against the bottom ones and it really is quite a lot whiter. My teeth are

“Leeds had better go up this year - I want a long holiday!” more sensitive and there’s no more biting ice cream or sucking my jasmine tea between my teeth as it does cause shooting pains but I don’t really care - I have WHITE teeth! I must say Aesthetique were wonderful, after speaking with a few of their patients who speak of Mr Hameed, the dentist, with the greatest of respect Aesthetique do seem like a new era of dentistry. They don’t just plonk veneers on people who have the money or, as I have just found out, refuse to do root canals because they ‘don’t get enough points!’ as many NHS dentists will! They improve the aesthetics of the face by looking at the face as a whole and even offering botox and fillers if required! Dentistry, I have learnt, even has fashions with ‘ incisor dominance’ (two front teeth showing) being at the forefront of fashion right now - Mr Hameed can make it happen. He has a unique eye and uses the latest scientific techniques to construct the perfect smile. He did quote “I have not found anyone who I cannot treat” and with 0% finance they not only provide service with a smile but also make that perfect smile accessible for everyone! Something I think Mr Hameed would certainly not approve of would be Collagen Boosting Marshmallows!

Crazy I know but as I was snooping through Harvey Nichols they did intrigue me so I sampled them as I want ‘beestung’ lips, without any injections and the thought of a succulent pink marshmallow being able to do that nearly made me wee a little bit with excitement! Sadly my lips are still paper thin but my pocket of belly fat is that little bit bigger as I consumed the whole packet - perhaps it did work but got my lips and my belly confused.

So in my hyperglycaemic state with a full stomach and high adrenaline, I found it hard to breathe, so conveniently took the can of Big Ox, oxygen also from Harvey Nichols, from my bag and inhaled extensively. Relief. I thought it was just a novelty until I read that it’s supposed to relief tiredness, diminish a hangover, help concentration and improve libido. Lucky Jermaine, he’s got a marshmallow/peroxide smelling girlfriend with a foaming mouth and a collagen full belly who’s desperate for sex! I love you honey :-)

Until next time, good bye and take care...

City Dweller REAL REVIEW

This month City Dweller returns with another fantastic installment of ‘The Real Review!’ Each month Real Radio’s Dixie will be here to provide you, the reader, an insight into what’s HOT and what’s NOT in the CD charts!

DAVID GRAY DRAW THE LINE

MICHAEL BOLTON ONE WORLD, ONE LOVE

KISS! SONIC BOOM

1

2

3

The monster selling superstar Michael Bolton returns with a new album featuring a clutch of more than acceptable new songs. His tendency to overcook every performance in the past remains and can be a little trying, but the fact of the matter is he has an undeniably great voice. ‘One World..’ offers up nothing extraordinary, no surprises and is perfectly Michael Bolton and a very listenable album, which he probably made without breaking into a sweat!

Album number eight sees no let up in the quality of output from Mr Gray. He has spoken about ‘Draw The Line’ being a new direction for himself, but I’ve had the slide rule out and I can see no deviation from his well trodden path. However, it’s not a problem, as he’s presented an excellent album of unmistakably David Gray songs. The opening track ‘Fugitive,’ you know you’re in for something good as it builds with its richly layered harmonies and his instantly identifiable Dylan-esque vocals. If you’re a fan you’ll have it already, but if you are ‘Gray-curious’ or like a bit of folk rock you should check it out. If you fall into any other camp, this will more than likely leave you tepid.

Yes, they are back with a brand-spanking new, totally rockin’ album and at last at their age, the face painting is paying dividends! It’s over 10 years since their last studio album and Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley have spent most of those years saying they would never record together and then, BOOM! ‘Sonic Boom’ is dropped upon us. Gene Simmons summed it up: “If you’re a fan of our stuff from about 1977, you’ll feel right at home” and believe me you don’t need to hail from ’77 to appreciate this. This is music for our sister station Rock Radio (www.rockradio. co.uk), the Guitar Hero/ Rock Band generation and anyone else who fancies a bit of sparkle and fun in their rock.

Opening up with the very nice Caribbean feel – which is not really reggae and not quite AOR - of ‘Ready For Love.’ Things pick up on track two which is both the title track and the first single and preaches of world love and is very Michael Bolton. Looking to gain some ‘street smarts’ we see Mike teaming up with hip young things Ne-Yo on the vocoda driven ‘The Best’ and Lady Gaga on the R&B ish ‘Murder My Heart’ and needless to say, Ne-Yo and Gaga pull back to Bolton’s standard rather than him stepping up to theirs. It would have been good to hear him take some risks and step outside of his comfort zone, it’s not like he needs the money now with a string of multi-million selling singles and albums to his credit. Though saying that the $5.4 million fine he picked up for infringement of copyright on his 1991 hit “Love Is a Wonderful Thing” of the 1964 Isley Brothers song of the same name must have smacked somewhat! Regardless, ‘One Love One World’ is a good album and no Michael Bolton fan will be disappointed as it’s right on message, it would just be nice to see him make a record where we could hear him grow… oh, and discover the words, ‘subtle vocal.’ As if to prove the point his closing track is a cover of Van Morrison’s brilliant ‘Crazy Love.’ What does Mike do? He delivers it, as his did on his cover of Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay, with the subtlety of a dawn raid from the D.E.A…

MUSE THE RESISTANCE

THE DRIFTERS FIVE DECADES & MOORE

4

5

The Resistance is a superb album which following on from the monster that was ‘Black Holes And Revelations’ must have taken many fans by surprise in its musical direction. Unashamedly retro, the albums opener really does put a line in the sand as in one song we have near Dr Who blended with Rock n Roll Pt1 and Blondie’s Call Me influences all wrapped into the belter called ‘Uprising’. The three part symphony ‘Exogenesis’ only goes to underline the depth and breadth of Bellamy’s writing on ‘The Resistance,’ it is faultless, as is the production (which is credited to the band.) Own this.

They are all here from 1953’s Honey Love to 1958’s excellent Drip Drop right through to Under The Boardwalk, Like Sister and Brother, Kissing In The Back Row Of The Movies through to four new song recorded by the current line up. This is an excellent snap shot of what was once an amazing band which include the legends Clyde McPhatter and Ben E King. The problem is, you can get most of these tracks on any £3.99 compilation from Tesco’s and the four new tracks are, to put it very nicely, simply not up to muster.

he Fall Ball 2009 was held at The Pavilion, Elland Road (home of Leeds United) on Saturday 10 October in aid of Breast Cancer Haven.

The Fall Ball charity event was launched in 2005 to raise money for Candlelighters and the British Heart Foundation. After the success of this event, which raised nearly £10k for the charities, the event has been held each year since, with different charities benefiting each year. This year’s chosen charity is Breast Cancer Haven. Breast Cancer Haven in Leeds - which celebrates a year in Yorkshire this month - provides anyone affected by breast cancer, a free programme of counselling,

complementary therapies, support and information to meet the physical and emotional needs of breast cancer. Over 280 attended and enjoyed a evening which included entertainment from singer Jessica Tansey and a raffle and auction with stunning prizes including a week at a villa in Turkey and a tickets for The X-Factor. The event was a great success and has raised over £10,000. This will enable the charity to continue to provide a vital service for women and men dealing with the effects of breast cancer ensuring they can access the individual treatment programmes which are known to make such a huge difference to their lives at this difficult time.

City Dweller LEEDS UNITED

LEEDS UNITED MADE A SURPRISE APPEARANCE AT ADEL PRIMARY SCHOOL.

Leeds United manager Simon Grayson, his first team squad, and World Cup winner Norman Hunter made a surprise appearance at Adel Primary School in last month to spread the word about the City Region’s bid to be a host city at the 2018 World Cup, should England be successful. They were there to celebrate the launch of a DVD produced by Leeds United, in association with Leeds City Council, aimed at promoting the Back The Bid Leeds campaign in schools. The DVD is being distributed to over 300 schools in the area and Adel was the launch venue. The players and management even arrived on a specially branded Back The Bid bus. After watching the DVD with the pupils, the players signed autographs and chatted the children, and the manager said it was an enjoyable afternoon. “It’s been good,” said Grayson. “It’s something worthwhile and backing the bid is important to the city and the club. Coming to a school is good because the players realise the children contribute to their wages and support them, and it’s good for the kids to meet their heroes. “It’s important to get involved with the community like this.” Former Leeds school pupil Jonny Howson proved a popular attraction for the kids and he said the players enjoyed the experience. “It’s good to come back to the schools and it’s nice for the kids,” he said. “I know what it’s like being a young lad getting autographs and I always make time for that. All the lads did and it was enjoyable meeting the kids.

UNITED LEAD THE WAY Leeds United ended the month of October by blazing a trail at the top of League One. A 12-game unbeaten league start came to an end when United were felled by old rivals Millwall on October 24 - but Simon Grayson’s men responded by thrashing Bristol Rovers 4-0 on their own patch just three days later. The 4-0 success was United’s most comprehensive away league win for over six years, and the club’s promotion campaign is gathering in strength as each week passes by. “It’s been a great start,” said manager Simon Grayson. “I’m sure most other teams in the league would have taken the start we’ve had, but now we have to build on that. “We came back from our first defeat with a terrific performance at Bristol Rovers and we raised the bar even higher with the standards we showed.

“The most important thing is getting the votes for the bid. It would give the city a massive lift if we could bring the World Cup here. It’s a big sporting city and for the World Cup to come would top it off.”

“Promotions aren’t won in October, they are won in May and it’s where you are then that counts. We’ve given ourselves the start, now we have to continue.”

Adel headteacher Stephen Boothroyd said the visit had created a real buzz around school during the week.

Jermaine Beckford, who became the first Leeds player to bag 30 goals in a season for almost 40

“There was a buzz all week from the pupils and the staff,” he said. “They’ve been talking about it all week, and the players went and sat with them on the floor during assembly which was great.

years last term, has again started in fine form and after scoring a last-minute winner against Norwich at Elland Road he scored his ninth and 10th goals of the season at Bristol Rovers. “Jermaine is a quality striker,” added Grayson. “You only have to look at his goal against Norwich in the last-minute. Other players had turned their backs, but he was there, waiting, and he was rewarded for keeping going right to the last.” TICKETS are now on sale to Members for the home game against Huddersfield Town on December 5 (12.15pm). The East Stand Upper will be opened priced at Adults £26, Senior Citizens £16 and Juniors £12 (equivalent to North Stand prices for the Category A game). Tickets are currently only available to Members online, but tickets are available from Monday via all usual sales channels until Saturday November 14. Tickets will go on general sale from Monday November 16. Fans are advised to book early for the game. Full details are available on www.leedsunited.com.
