Judy Lane is the Founder and Managing Partner of Strategic Advisors, LLC. Judy is a dynamic, bold, and visionary leader who is best known by her colleagues, clients, and peers as a “passionate force to be reckoned with.”

Her professional career has spanned business strategy, marketing, public/ corporate relations, government relations and advocacy. Her portfolio includes regional, national, and global initiatives on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, not-for-profit associations and privately held businesses. She has created brands, developed market share, and established valuable relationships and profitable partnerships.

Lane has been recognized by the White House, Congress, federal and state agencies, and executives of Fortune 500 companies for her public affairs initiatives. With more than 35 years’ experience in corporate, agency and consulting environments, Judy brings a wealth of expertise, visionary leadership, valuable relationships, strategy, and a solid portfolio of results to her client engagements.

Michelle Gillies brings two decades of Fortune 500 Corporate Public Affairs experience, most recently with Abbott Labs, a $31 billion global health care leader and Fortune’s “Most Admired” company with 113,000 employees in 160 countries.

At Abbott, Gillies orchestrated public affairs and executive communications functions across the company’s $7.7B diagnostics and $7.4B nutrition divisions. She was also responsible for the successful execution of more than 30 large corporate events, including senior leadership forums and global meetings. In addition, Gillies spent 12 years as a civilian employee with the United States Air Force working alongside the “Hurricane Hunters.” Gillies singlehandedly formed a Single Mothers group on a military installation full of men. She altered the way single moms were perceived on a military base by bringing women of all colors together to show unparalleled strength, unity and diversity.

A “rock-star problem solver with a passion for getting the job done right the first time,” Michelle Gillies holds an M.B.A from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and a BA in Business Management from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She currently resides in Saraland, Alabama, a suburb community of Mobile.

Bruce Serbin is the Director of Media Relations for Strategic Advisors, LLC, booking clients on local and national television and radio shows, in daily local and national newspapers and magazines, and in online news outlets.

As a result, Serbin’s clients have been featured in local and national media outlets including NBC’s Today, ABC’s Good Morning America, CBS This Morning, CNBC, Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, the Associated Press, the BBC, Reuters, The New York Times, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, TIME and many more.

Bruce started his career in the television newsroom of a top 15 media market working as a news assignment editor and television news producer. He knows how to write and pitch a compelling news story that gets past the newsroom gatekeeper because he was the newsroom gatekeeper, deciding which stories made it to air and which ones got cut.

Bruce Serbin is a media powerhouse, having received seven national awards and recognized by the Public Relations Society of America, Gold Coast Public Relations Council, League of American Communications Professionals, and the Associated Press.

Aaron holds an MBA from the University of South Alabama. He has worked with a number of top-ranked and reputable marketing firms where he climbed the ranks and honed his skills. From a stint in Alaska to a cross-country move to Sweet Home Alabama where he currently resides, Aaron’s experience living in different cultures has enhanced his perspective on work and life which helps him better connect with and meet the needs of his clients.

He was trained to save lives as a Navy helicopter rescue swimmer, jumping into some of the scariest and life-threatening situations imaginable. He also worked with special warfare operators and trained extensively for select missions. So, it’s no wonder that when it comes to high-pressure situations and exemplary leadership, Aaron Cottle knows how to get things done.

Aaron successfully transitioned to the civilian workforce and followed his passion for serving others through marketing. He specializes in content, sales copy, email and other communication, as well as building lead-generation pipelines that increase business. True to his military training, what separates Aaron from other digital marketers is that he starts each project with a holistic operational foundation in place. This helps him see the big picture without letting smaller pieces go by unnoticed. In fact, the results of a recent Discovery Insights Assessment characterized him as a “doer” and “motivator” who enjoys leading and working with teams while keeping important details top-of-mind.

Aaron is currently the Chief Marketing Officer with StrategicAdvisors, LLC., a professional services firm specializing in public affairs, media relations and strategic communications. He leads the firm’s marketing activities and helps his clients reach their core customers and enhance revenues.

Alvarado’s work has been at the forefront of several industries, including business communications and global manufacturing, but he is most known for his results in healthcare communications. He helped spearhead Mexico’s medical tourism industry by creating highly successful campaigns around medical tourism, serving the country’s expanding plastic surgery and bariatric surgical programs. As the Creative Director for Strategic Advisors, Erick has been a key contributor to U.S.-based clients in financial services, biotech, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, and tourism.

Erick Alvarado is an artist, creative genius, and engineer who orchestrates, produces and deploys multi-channel communications campaigns and platforms.

Erick describes himself as a perfectionist, tinkerer and a do-it-yourself kind of person who loves to build things. For fun, he disassembles computers, robotics, and other machinery, just to put them back together again. It is this same architectural mindset he brings to the table when working with his clients that allows him to take even the most complex projects and break them down into smaller components, to then repackage and redesign them in a way that yields increased results.

Bob Garcia is a global business executive with extensive experience in change management, human resources, talent management, diversity equity & inclusion, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, business transformation, organizational change management and organizational communications (internal and external).

Garcia earned his Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University, and his Bachelor of Science from UCLA. He holds a Leadership Certificate from the London School of Business and Finance (London, England), A Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate, a PMP Project Management Profession Certificate. Garcia also has a Master Facilitator Certification in Change Management from John Kotter Institute, and a Master Coach Certification from the Center for Creative Leadership.

Garcia’s broad portfolio of accomplishments includes manufacturing experience in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. He is known for leading and implementing high-impact change initiatives, building relationships and trust with business leaders, business partners, peers, frontline workers, external providers, cross functional teams, and customers. His unique ability to translate corporate, business and HR strategy into successful, enterprise-wide programs and communicate with clarity, humanity and leadership is the foundation for his success.

Jerry’s focus has been on innovative thinking and the implementation of commitment based, action-oriented training programs.
