CONDITIONSOFENTRY (LICENSEDVENUES)

1. INTRODUCTION
Castle Hill RSL Club Ltd (CHRG) welcomes all members and visitors to its venues, including Castle Hill RSL Club, Club Parramatta, Lynwood Golf and Country Club and Castle Hill Bowling Club
In accordance with the requirements of the Registered Club Act 1976, CHRG imposes conditions of entry into our registered venues.
2. MEMBERS, GUESTS AND VISTORS
2.1.Members
All members are to show evidence of membership on entry and may be required to show and/or scan their card:
Life Members are to show their membership card on entry.
Honorary Members are to show their membership card on entry.
Members ofthe Australian DefenceForceare toprovide proof ofService priorto signingin. (I.D.Card).
Members who appear under the age of 25 must provide proof of age when entering.
2.2.Guest of Members
Guests of members are to produce identification on entry prior to signing in. If a guest has no identification but is clearly over the age of 18 then the Member can sign them in.
2.3.Visitors
Visitors over the age of 18 must present valid identification, including proof of address. Visitors who appear under the age of 25 must provide proof of age when entering.
3. IDENTIFICATION
The following forms of identification are accepted:
A current driver or rider license issued by an Australian State or Territory or any foreign country
A NSW digital driver license
Australian or overseas passport (+ proof of address with an Australian passport)
NSW photo card
Proof of age card/identification card
Keypass (over 18) identity card issued by Australia Post
An Australian defence force identification card
If a person presents a form of I.D. which is not current, altered, damaged or in poor condition and the person appears to be under the age of 25, the patron may be refused entry.
Other forms of identification will be at the discretion of CHRG management, whose decision will be final.
4. MINORS
Minors (under 18 years of age) must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. In designated areas of the clubs, including specialty bars, minors are not permitted unless part of a private function or event.

5. BAG SEARCHES
CHRG reserves the right, at any time, to request that any bag/s or personal container/s be opened for inspection. Such an inspection would be carried out by the Customer Service Manager, or an authorised security personnel.
If this request is denied, CHRG may insist that a member of the Police Force inspect the bag/s or personal container/s.
6. SIGNAGE & DIRECTIONS
Members and visitors are required to obey all signage and instruction from CHRG team members.
7. DRESS REGULATIONS
At CHRG hospitality venues, we are committed to providing a welcoming and family-friendly environment for all our patrons. To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, we kindly request that all guests adhere to the following dress code guidelines.
Please note: For specific events or functions, the dress code may vary.
7.1.Castle Hill RSL
Neat and Tidy Attire:
Visitors to our venue are required to wear clean and well-maintained, regular clothing.
Clothingwithoffensive language,symbols,orgraphicsisnotallowed,includingbutnotlimited to violence, hate speech, or explicit content.
Revealing clothing is not permitted. Undergarments, or clothing resembling an undergarment should not be visible.
Swimwear is permitted only in designated pool or water areas.
Footwear:
Appropriate, clean, and well-maintained footwear is required at all times.
No bare feet.
Hats and Caps:
Hats and caps must be removed indoors, except for specific cultural or religious headwear.
7.2. Club Parramatta, Lynwood Golf and Country Club & Castle Hill Bowling Club

8. STAFF ENTRY
8.1.Socialising
Any team member socialising on premises outside of work hours must either be a member, or meet the entry requirements and have signed in.
Team members must be changed out of their uniform if socialising in our venues.
Team members are expected to behave in accordance with our Code of Conduct while socialising in our venues.
Team members must not ‘loiter’ in any area and must not interfere with the work of any team members on duty.
8.2.Membership
All CHRG team members are entitled to join as financial members of CHRG.
As a member of CHRG, team members cannot, at any time, participate in members promotions/activities or vote at elections.
As a member of CHRG, team members, cannot, whilst on duty, sign in visitors.
Team members may access Connect+ and/or members prices on food and beverage at any time.
8.3.Gambling
Whether on or off duty, CHRG team members are not permitted to:
- Play CHRG gaming machines or socialise in any designated gaming area,
- Play Keno within our venues,
- Place bets on the TAB within our venues,
- Participate in any CHRG or affiliated raffle, or
- Collect unclaimed payouts or payouts (Gaming Machines, Keno, TAB etc) for a patron.
CHRG may grant special approval to for team members to participate in special event gambling/game of chance activities such as Easter/Xmas raffles, ANZAC day 2up and Melbourne Cup wagering. Where approval is granted, team members will be notified prior to the activity.
9. CONTRACTOR ENTRY
9.1.Socialising
Any contractor, or employee of a contractor socialising on premises outside of work hours must either be a member, or meet the entry requirements and have signed in.
All contractors are expected to behave in accordance with their employer’s and CHRG’s Code of Conduct while socialising in our venues.
9.2.Membership
All contractors, or employees of contractors, are entitled to join as financial members of CHRG with full membership rights.
9.3.Gambling
When on duty, including paid and unpaid breaks, contractors are not permitted to:

- Play Keno within our venues, - Place bets on the TAB within our venues, - Participate in any CHRG or affiliated raffle, or - Collect unclaimed payouts or payouts (Gaming Machines, Keno, TAB etc) for a patron. When not working, contractors may participate in these activities where approved by their employer.
10. BREACH OF THIS POLICY
Breaches of this policy may result in counselling and or disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
11. REVIEW OF THIS POLICY
This policy will be reviewed every two years to ensure it remains consistent with all relevant legislative requirements, as well as the changing nature of the company or more frequently where legislative requirements are changed or amended.
12. POLICY COMMUNICATION AND EDUCATION
This policy will be stored on CHRG’s intranet site. It will be incorporated into induction/onboarding programs and CHRG will conduct education sessions on the application and operation of this policy as required and when any changes to the policy are implemented.
