Castle Hill RSL’s Christmas ‘Rudolph’s Reindeer Magic’ Competition
Terms and Conditions
1. Castle Hill RSL’s Christmas ‘Rudolph’s Reindeer Magic’ Competition (also referred to as the ‘Competition’) will commence from Monday 24th November and will conclude on Tuesday 16th December 2025.
2. The Competition’s prizes will include three (3) major prizes (best guessed, most creative and reindeer naming champion) and will consist of $100 CHRG Gift Cards, Lynwood Links Mini Golf Family passes (valued at $50 each) and Christmas-themed toys (valued at $50) with a total prize value of $600
3. The Competition will be conducted at Castle Hill RSL Club, located at 77 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154.
4. Entry into the Competition is open to children of CHRG Members who are aged 2-10 years old.
5. Participants can collect their entry form from the Reception foyer.
6. Once they’re ready, participants can submit it into one of the three designated entry boxes located in the following areas: Front Reception, in the Foyer, and in front of the photo display in KENO.
7. Each activity sheet includes three (3) parts, corresponding to the three prize categories:
a. Best Guessed: Entrants must record their guess of the total number of reindeer displayed throughout the Club.
b. Most Creative: Entrants must draw and decorate their own reindeer.
c. Best Reindeer Names: Entrants must provide their most original and creative reindeer names.
8. The ‘Rudolph’s Reindeer Magic’ Competition is free to enter and limited to one (1) entry per eligible participant.
9. Three (3) winners will be selected by Castle Hill RSL Club Management on Wednesday 17th December 2025. The winners will be contacted via the parent/guardian's nominated email address or phone number.
10. All winners will be announced the following business day on CHRSL’s social media accounts.
11. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
12. By entering the Competition, participants and their parent or guardian accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
