Daughter of murdered mum launches parole board petition MORE than 11,000 people have signed an online petition to keep ‘evil wife killer’ Mitchell Quy in prison after it was revealed that the sadistic murderer could be released next year. Robin Wilson, 23, the daughter of Lynsey Quy has launched the petition on change.org in a desperate bid to keep her mum’s killer behind bars after learning he could either be moved from a Category A to a Category B prison, an open prison or released. Quy is currently held in HM Prison Wakefield - a Category A jail which holds prisoners whose escape would be highly dangerous to the public or national security.
