A COUPLE have been given Special Recognition Awards from the Liverpool Commonwealth Association for their work promoting the commonwealth. Robin and Brenda Baynes, from Formby were given the award recently at the first City of Liverpool Commonwealth Winter Ball at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool.
