THE CHALLENGE
Concentrix’s main objectives for the project at their Newcastle site were to:

• Minimise lighting failures

THE SOLUTION
After conducting a full site audit our knowledgeable lighting consultant proposed a full turnkey lighting solution that would see Concentrix’s lighting improved in line with the CIBSE recommended guidelines of 500 LUX for office environments. CEMA’s in-house installation team replaced over 500 fittings across the site including offices and canteen areas with our highefficiency Recessed LED Lighting Panels. With a lifespan of 60,000 hours our long lasting, high-quality luminaires will substantially improve energy usage. Backed by CEMA Lighting’s market-leading 5 year ‘fit & forget’ warranty plus an extra 3 year product replacement warranty as standard, Concentrix can enjoy a fuss-free, future-proof lighting solution.
THE OUTCOME
With a short return on investment, Concentrix is now enjoying improved lighting and reduced energy consumption - saving 56% on their lighting energy bills and knocking 14.88 tonnes of CO2 from their carbon footprint, the equivalent to planting 89 trees.
