THE TENSION IN THE MEANTIME
Raise your hand if you have ever felt frustrated about where you are at right now? You are thankful that you are no longer where you were, but you seem far from where you need to be? There is often no teleportation from one space to another, but a walk from one step to the next. We live in the tension between where we are
and what we know is to come. How we navigate these times can often have a big impact on the speed and the enjoyment of the journey. A Day to Come The Bible speaks of these times often. In 1Thessaloninas 4 it speaks of the day to come when we will finally “meet him in the air”. Revelation talks about the victory won for us and our eternity ahead. But here’s the issue.
