REFUND POLICY Refunds will be given only when a program is canceled by the Parks and Recreation Department. Canceled contract class refunds will be the responsibility of the instructor. Refunds requested for any other reason will be determined at the discretion of management and may be subject to a 10% processing fee. Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process.

PHOTO POLICY By attending any Carson City Parks and Recreation program or event, you understand that a photo of you or your family may be taken and may be used in future marketing materials. Names are not published without permission granted by the participant or the participant’s parent or guardian. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please notify the photographer or program supervisor.
