What was wrong before we took the reins?
The home was designed by the sellers with very personal choices that didn’t attract buyers, such as different shades of purple paint in almost every room. Although it looked great when the owners lived there, it didn’t translate well to buyers.
The owners had now moved out of Los Angeles, which gave us the opportunity to handle the home’s preparations and restyling.
What we did with the help of the seller to get the home sold:
