The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism Aguirre introduces the new Board of Director for the period 2014-2016 On Thursday, April 24th, the Chamber held its annual meeting with the members in the Cinema of the Si Como No Hotel. AyA da inicio a estudios de factibilidad para Sistema de Alcantarillado Sanitario para Quepos El AyA contrató mediante un proceso de Licitación Abreviada a la Empresa Hidrotecnia Consultores S.A. para realizar los trabajos correspondientes a "Servicios en Ingeniería para la elaboración de los Estudios de Factibilidad y Diseños Finales del Sistema de Alcantarillado Sanitario para la Ciudad de Quepos, Puntarenas". La orden de Inicio se emitió a partir del 01 de abril del 2014 y los trabajos tendrán una duración de 12 meses calendario. Los trabajos estarán terminados el 31 de marzo del 2015. Nuestra Directora tuvo la oportunidad de reunirse con el Sr. Eugenio Azofeifa de Hidrotecnia Consultores S.A. quién le explicó que el estudio consta de tres etapas: Etapa I: Evaluación y Pronóstico de la situación actual. Etapa II: Estudios de Factibilidad y Priorización de Obras. Etapa III: Diseños Finales
AyA starts the feasibility studies of the Sewerage System for the City of Quepos AyA hired through a bidding process the company Hidrotecnia Consultores S.A. to do the "Engineering Services for the preparation of the Feasibility and Final Design of Sewerage System for the City of Quepos, Puntarenas jobs¨ The Start Order was issued from April 1, 2014 and the work will last 12 calendar months. The work will be completed on March 31, 2015. Our Director had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Eugenio Azofeifa from Hidrotecnia Consultores S. A. who explained that the study has three stages:
Stage I: Evaluation and forecast of the current situation. Stage II: Feasibility and Prioritization of Works. Stage III: Final Designs

HOTEL COSTA VERDE, FORMA PARTE DE LOS 10 HOTELES MÁS EXTRAVAGANTES DE LATINOAMERICA.

n la espesa selva a lo largo de la costa oeste de Costa Rica se encuentra el cuerpo de un antiguo Boeing 727.
Es la suite de un hotel de lujo con todo y un área de comedor, sala de estar y un pequeño observatorio para ver los tucanes, los monos aulladores y otras criaturas de la selva. El fuselaje que alberga las dos habitaciones de la suite "Casa Fuselaje 727" está intacto. Sin embargo, aparte de la forma característica de las ventanillas y del techo curvo, el interior da más la sensación de estar en un bungalow de madera que en un avión. n the thick forest along the west coast of Costa Rica is the body of an old Boeing 727. It is the suite of a luxury hotel complete with a dining area, living room and a small observatory to see toucans, howler monkeys and other jungle creatures. The fuselage that houses two rooms of the suite "727 Fuselage Home" is intact. However, apart from the characteristic shape of the windows and the curved roof, the interior gives the feeling of being in a wooden bungalow on a plane. GUARDAVIDAS VOLUNTARIOS EN PLAYA MANUEL ANTONIO RECIBEN DONACIÓN
U
na pareja de extranjeros que vacacionaban en Playa Manuel Antonio y fueron rescatados por Roberto Rojas y Johnny López quedaron muy agradecidos con estos muchachos y decidieron hacer una donación de $1000 por medio de nuestra Cámara. El Sr. Ryan Villiard especificó que deseaba que una parte de la donación fuera entregada a los muchachos en efectivo y que también se invirtiera otra parte en compra de equipo. A continuación las imágenes de otra tarea completada por nuestro Comité de Rescate Acuático.
Volunteer Lifeguards on Manuel Antonio Beach receive donation
A couple of foreigners vacationing in Playa Manuel Antonio and who were rescued by Roberto Rojas Lopez and Johnny were very grateful to these guys and decided to make a $1,000 donation through our Chamber. Mr. Ryan Villiard specified that he wanted a part of the donation given to the boys in cash and another portion to be invested in equipment purchases.
