39961 on his retirement after 52 years in the lumber industry. A good attendance of 100 friends, including many fellow em' ployees and executives of the Ralph L. Smith Lumber Co., Division of Kimberly-Clark Corp.
President Joe Derrah presided at the meeting. Co'chairmen for the evening were Les Cody of the Red Blufi Moulding Co. and Al Kerper, Paul Bunyan Lumber Co., both of whom worked with Claude at the Red River Lumber Co. at Westwood. A plaque was given to Mr. Parker by the Hoo-Hoo Club, the presentation made by Les Cody.
Brief talks were made by Al Kerper and by William Fieweger and Bob Mason, executives of the Kimberly-Clark Corp.
