T. M. Cobb In Sonlq Rosq Holds Open House of New Wnrehouse

On September 15 the Santa Rosa branch of T. M. ,Cobb Company moved into its new warehouse and office facilities located at 2 West Third St. in the city of Santa Rosa. New telephone number is Llberty 5-7297.

The company purchased the property and completely remodeled the existing building and made new additions to give ample room for the firm's expanded inventory and additional lines already available.

The company held a three-day open house {rom November I through November 3 at the new location, well attended by dealers in the Santa Rosa and Bay areas.

For anyone who was unable to attend the open house, the company would appreciate their calling Llberty 5-7297 to make arrangements to inspect the new premises.

Included in the Cobb staff, who are anxious to serve you, are Bud Gray, manager, and the following sales personnel: Vern Stammg Ken Whiteman and Herb Farrell.

Mr. T. M. Cobb, president of the company, has announced that the company's policy for over 26 years of selling wholesale only to the dealers will be carried out at the new Santa Rosa location.

The addition of the $anta Rosa branch gives the T. M. Cobb Cornpany four locations in California-warehouse and office fa' cilities in Santa Rosa, San Diego and Los Angeles, and a moulding mill in Marysville.

. Business activity in San Francisco for October scored a big increase of l}.7/o owr September, ran 2.4/o ahead of October oI last year, and was at its high for the year, reported the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.

Construction in the nine counties of the Bay Area topped $100 millibn in valuation in October, boosting the total for the first l0 months to $946 millionmore than for any full year except 1961.
