HOME EXPO

The booth at the Home Expo a the Convention Center on March 24-26 this year was a success! We gave away so many cilantro, oregano, basil, thyme and mint plants, talked to waves of people and had a big giveaway for a toolkit and a hanging flower basket. What fun!

COPPER VILLAGE

As of now, there are 5 buildings that are occupied. The 6th will be opening in June. Buildings 7, 8, 9, and 10 are in various stages of construction and will be coming on starting later this year. 13 units are finalized with paid reservation fees, and 4 more are pending. RENOVATION

Exciting things happening around Property Management, including a fresh paint job!

FAREWELL TO THE HOA

This quarter, we said a sad goodbye to the HOA portion of the company. It was sold, effective March 31st, to the newly-formed company of HOA Services Inc. We know they will continue to provide the best of service while expanding resources to even better serve HOAs.

Construction and Maintenance has been busy, busy, busy this quarter!

We finally gathered everyone up for a C&M photoshoot.

An ad was published in Business Times, and doesn't it look fantastic!

Mike had an article in Business Times on home improvements and how they impact ROI.

After a lot of preparation, the Revive program was introduced for sellers looking to refresh their home to get the most out of the sale.

Jason Holm’s son Caleb, a Senior went to State Finals for Hockey. They lost but only after going into triple overtime – 0 to 1. Big shout out to Caleb!

Lynn and Lorena Thompson are proud grandparents! Meet little Asher, born January 26 in Salt Lake.

Verna Romero from our Delta office had a quick trip to Nevada to welcome a new baby grandson Benito Madrid on March 20!

Christine Ransier's son's Robotics team, The Hi Fives, won the Engineering Inspiration Award so the Hi Fives and their Princess Waffles are heading to Houston for the FIRST World Championship. Congratulations!

Bray Team,

We had a busy quarter and not without its challenges. However, it is a privilege to watch this team focus and rise to the challenges.

At our last quarterly meeting, we spoke about Mindset, Skillset and Action. As markets change, which is a constant in real estate, it is important to always follow these. Your mindset undoubtedly will help you shift with the market, and it will hurt you if you are not in the right mindset. Skillset is very important, investing in yourself and your career to be the best so you can deliver the best product to clients, co-workers and family. You can have a robust skill set and a poor mindset and find yourself struggling to succeed. However, if you have a strong mindset, you can continually develop your skill set. And last nothing happens unless you take action!

Thank you all for making this a great quarter and I am excited to see what we do next.
