Copper Village

As of now, there are 5 buildings that are occupied. The 6th will be opening in June. Buildings 7, 8, 9, and 10 are in various stages of construction and will be coming on starting later this year. 13 units are finalized with paid reservation fees, and 4 more are pending. Farewell To The Hoa

This quarter, we said a sad goodbye to the HOA portion of the company. It was sold, effective March 31st, to the newly-formed company of HOA Services Inc. We know they will continue to provide the best of service while expanding resources to even better serve HOAs.
