With its sweet taste and very pale kernel, Règia La Noce di Castelfalcino is easy to remove from the shell and is also great value because, in terms of weight, it has 30% more kernel than shell. Grown according to biodynamic methods in the Forli plains, these Chandler variety walnuts are cleaned, polished and packaged in 5 kg nets for domestic consumption or professional use by pastry chefs and bakers. Lara variety walnuts also available.
These precious alkekengi berries come from the uncontaminated uplands of the Andean region of Nariño, in Colombia. Pleasantly tart, rich in fibre and a source of vitamin A and phosphorus, they're free from preservatives and added sugars. They come in resealable and recyclable 120 gram packages. The fair trade Altromercato range also includes Brazil nuts, Cashew nuts, Almonds, Pineapple, Raisins, Mango, Seeds and Cashew mix, Chia seeds and Pistachios.
Forlive's freeze-dried fresh range is produced using organic berries and fruit. As well as strawberries, the range also includes raspberries, cranberries, blueberries and blackberries. Processed as soon as they're picked to remove the water and prevent oxidation, they're free from preservatives, retaining their original nutritional and organoleptic properties. Perfect as a snack or in smoothies, sweets and fruit and savoury salads.
