The property spans over 1,400-acres and features 36-holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus Design golf, 2,000 rooms and residences which include vacation rentals, a Crystal Lagoon that spans 8-acres of water and 20-acres of beach. Located adjacent from Walt Disney World and 10-miles from Universal Orlando Resort.

2023 Landscape Architecture
Anthony was responsible for shaping the entry experience into Evermore through two security-gated access points. Before finalizing the design, he was challenged to create a gatehouse inspired by a bird’s nest.
To establish a clear threshold between the resort and its surrounding attractions, tall, curved light rods were
designed to span the entryway. These rods, resembling branches, illuminated in blue at night to enhance the nighttime ambiance. The gatehouse itself incorporates wood elements, reflecting the natural aesthetics of a bird’s nest, while its whimsical form contrasts with traditional clean lines, adding character. A branching pattern in the glazing reinforces the organic theme, while multiple canopies provide shelter and emphasize the transition into the resort. Evermore’s logo is seamlessly integrated into the design, signaling guests’ arrival.

WILLIS THEATRE*

Approximately 1.8 acres, themed around 1920s Kansas City, designed to send guests back in time to experience the life of a young Walt Disney.

FAST & FURIOUS SUPERCHARGED*
Universal Creative Orlando, FL
Located in San Francisco within Universal Orlando Resort this motion-based dark ride is based on the Fast & Furious franchise. The façade is themed to represent a warehouse garage where Dom and his crew operate. The queue line weaves through the garage where guests experience various cars and props.

Approximately 11 acres, themed around DisneyPixar’s Toy Story franchise, designed to make guests feel as if they have shrunk to the size of a toy in Andy’s backyard

TRON Lightcycle / Run is a high-speed, semienclosed launched steel motorbike roller coaster located in the Tomorrowland section of Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort. The attraction is based on the TRON film franchise, particularly “TRON: Legacy,” and offers guests the experience of riding a lightcycle through a digital realm.
TRON Lightcycle/Run is among the fastest attractions at any Disney theme park, offering a thrilling experience that immerses guests in the futuristic world of TRON.
