Landscape Architecture
Sustainability and a sense of adventure shaped the vision for this community, where connecting residents with nature was a central goal. To address the site’s extreme grade changes, an innovative outdoor terraced green space was designed, providing residents with multilevel outdoor experiences while scaling the building to its surroundings. Adjacent to a wooded area and stream, the property incorporates a dry stream bed with river rocks of varying sizes, drawing natural elements into the courtyard and creating a seamless connection between residents and the environment. An outdoor kitchen placed near the stream bed further encourages community interaction and outdoor living, reinforcing the project’s commitment to sustainability and natureinspired design.

This 24-story residential high-rise features 324 units with a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a stunning pool deck located on the 9th floor and a sky lounge on the 24th floor, offering residents breathtaking views and elevated living experiences.

The pool deck presented an exciting design opportunity, leveraging its unique cantilevered structure over the streetscape below. To maximize its impact, the design features two levels: an infinity pool with a fire feature offering breathtaking city views on the lower level. The infinity edge serves a dual purpose, acting as a water wall that generates soothing white noise, enhancing the ambiance. Departing from traditional rectangular designs, the pool embraces an organic layout, creating a visually striking and dynamic aesthetic that elevates the resident experience.

The oversized pool is surrounded by vibrant furnishings, clusters of modern light fixtures, and a small stage, creating a versatile space for performances and social events. The formal layout incorporates intimate seating areas, encouraging both connection and privacy. At night, clustered light posts activate the space, adding visual intrigue and enhancing the resident experience.
