the boutique craft beers of Lincoln & South Brewing Company paired with a casual four course menu for a beer dinner experience that brings out the best of these brews, on Thursday, March 10 at 6pm in the Berkeley Room. Known for their distinctive craft brewed beer, owners’ father and son duo, Tom and Ryan, had the dream of bringing Vermont-inspired beer (known as the Napa Valley of Beer) to Hilton Head Island, and Lincoln & South Brewing Co. is now part of the burgeoning Lowcountry brewing community. Great brews paired with a casual menu and good friends make for a great night, setting the beer dinner standard with big flavor pilsners, pale ales, and double IPAs.
