The Lions are back at BC Place for a Friday night clash with the Ottawa Redblacks. The squad is playoff bound and looking to stay in sole possession of 2nd in the West and the racing to secure for a home game come playoff time.

Most importantly, this evening is dedicated to Truth & Reconciliation in Canada. The BC Lions, along with our partners, are committed to supporting these important efforts, and dedicate tonight’s game to commemorating and honouring the healing journey of residential school survivors and their families. The first 10,000 fans will receive a free orange shirt upon entry, with a logo reimagined by Indigenous artist Corrine Hunt. We encourage all fans to wear orange with us, as a reminder that “Every Child Matters”.

NEW GUIDELINES FOR 2022

NO BAG POLICY

BC Place has introduced a No Bag Policy for all guests attending events at the venue to make entry faster, safer and easier for everyone. This includes purses, handbags, fanny packs, shopping bags and backpacks. A complimentary bag check service will be provided by the Lions, and is available at Gates C and G.

• Guests are encouraged not to bring bags to the stadium

• Guests may enter with one clear plastic bag that is no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”

• Guests may also carry one small clutch purse-bag no larger than 6.5” x 8.5”, with a handle or strap which will be searched.

• Exceptions may be provided for diaper bags, and for medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag

All bags are subject to search, including enhanced screening, if required

LOKOMBO EYING MILESTONE, PEAKING FOR FINAL STRETCH OF ’22.

He’s been steadily returning to his peak form since his elbow injury. Now Bo Lokombo, one of the longest-serving Lions on the defence has been gunning down the field to chop down the ball carriers since being re-activated in the last few games. Lokombo is closing in on his 100th career game in the CFL, since getting drafted by the Lions in 2013 and joining the team halfway through the 2014 season...
