With an early start, The Gravy Bowl is packed with family-friendly fun, starting with a the BC Lions Backyard on Terry Fox Plaza featuring turkey tastings, a pie-eating contest, and plenty more. From food to football, this is BC’s favourite fall tradition, so settle in and get ready for a feast of football at BC Place!
BC Place has introduced a No Bag Policy for all guests attending events at the venue to make entry faster, safer and easier for everyone. This includes purses, handbags, fanny packs, shopping bags and backpacks. A complimentary bag check service will be provided by the Lions, and is available at Gates C and G.
• Guests are encouraged not to bring bags to the stadium
• Guests may enter with one clear plastic bag that is no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”
• Guests may also carry one small clutch purse-bag no larger than 6.5” x 8.5”, with a handle or strap which will be searched.
• Exceptions may be provided for diaper bags, and for medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag
• All bags are subject to search, including enhanced screening, if required

The Sheriff is back in town.
That’s the phrase that I’ve used with BC Lions general manager Ryan Rigmaiden the last week or so to describe why his team has won three games in a row.
“It does feel good. I think the guys are prepared. I think the defence has stepped up. The personnel changes have been a positive, but I think the players are playing better. I think the coaches are doing their job. So yeah, it feels good,” stated Rigmaiden, whose return from NFL training camps has coincided with the Lions’ undefeated streak.
