ORAN G E SH I RT DAY GAME The BC Lions are home once again, looking for their fourth straight victory, which would move the squad into sole possession of second place in the Western Division. A major factor fuelling this current hot streak is the play of quarterback Michael Reilly, who tops the CFL in both efficiency rating and completion percentage.

We can’t wait to welcome fans back to witness the action as the team squares off against the Saskatchewan Roughriders. This game is also providing an important opportunity to call attention to Truth & Reconcilliation efforts, as we acknowledge the experiences of Indigenous residential school survivors across British Columbia, and Canada. The first 10,000 fans will receive an “Every Child Matters” orange shirt featuring the BC Lions logo reimagined by Kwakwaka’wakw/Tlingit artist Corrine Hunt.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS We are taking precautions to keep our fans safe! Please view the requirements below, and be prepared to adhere to these rules when inside BC Place.

VACCINATIONS

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Proof of one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, in addition to one piece of Government issued ID will be required for entry into BC Place.

Details on obtaining the BC Vaccine Card have been outlined by the Provincial Health Authority and can be found at https://www2.gov. bc.ca/vaccinecard.html.

The BC Restart plan allows 50% of the capacity of seats sold, which amounts to 12,550 fans in BC Place. Social distancing will not be required, however, fans are encouraged to take their seats and not mingle on the concourse as the capacity of the concourse is more limited.

MASKS

SEAT SPACING

Masks are now mandatory for all people 12 and older. Masks, covering the nose and mouth, must be worn at all times except when you are eating or drinking in your assigned seat. This rule will apply regardless of whether the BC Place roof is open or closed. If you need a mask, they will be available in section 234.

Distanced pods are not required in stage 3 of BC’s restart plan, but with limited capacity, seats will be spread out to provide separation.

NEW STADIUM POLICIES We are so excited to be welcoming BC Lions fans back into BC Place! Please familiarize yourself with our new 2021 guidelines.

CLEAR BAG POLICY BC Place has introduced a Clear Bag Policy for all guests attending events at the venue to make entry faster, safer and easier for everyone. A bag check service will be available at Gates C and G. Bags may be checked here for the duration of your Lions games at a cost of $10 per bag.

Guests are encouraged not to bring bags to the stadium

•

Guests may enter with one clear plastic bag that is no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”

•

Guests may also carry one small clutch purse-bag no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”, with a handle or strap which will be searched.

•

Exceptions may be provided for diaper bags, and for medically necessary items that cannot fit into a clear bag

•

All bags are subject to search, including enhanced screening, if required
