FUTURE STARS

SEPTEMBER 16TH VS. OTT

This afternoon, we are battling the Ottawa Redblacks in game 13 of our season. The squad earned a gritty win in Montreal before their bye week, and that was thanks in large part to a ground game that eclipsed the 100-yard mark. Vernon Adams Jr. now has seven games of over 300 passing yards for this offence. And on defence, with two big interceptions in the Montreal win, they will look to contain Ottawa’s attack and give Vernon and company a short field to work with.

Plus, today we celebrate the future stars in our province, amateur football players and athletes in all disciplines. The BC Lions are proud to support local grassroots organizations that are helping these talented youngsters reach their full potential. Join us in honouring them tonight!
