Our Strategic Planning Process
Discovery Team Research
We initiated our strategic planning journey with a yearlong exploration, where dedicated teams of faculty and staff delved into the key themes of Wellbeing, Innovation, and Sustainability. This inclusive and transparent process revealed valuable opportunities for our School to consider, as we chart our course for the future.
Assessing Our Foundation
To BE BOLD, we first examined every facet of our school— from teaching methods to facilities—to understand our current position. This assessment highlighted our strengths and revealed areas where we can grow.
Collaborating on Our Vision
We engaged in dynamic sessions with our strategic planning committee and the Board, sharing successes and challenges while boldly imagining our school’s future. These discussions were infused with collective enthusiasm and commitment.
